202966 The Lapwai School District No. 341 Board of Trustees is seeking interested persons to fill the Zone 3 Trustee position. The Board declared the position vacant at their regular October meeting after the end of the filing period. No one filed for the position. Interested persons should send a letter of interest to Lapwai School District No. 341, 230 Main Street, Lapwai, Idaho by November 14, 2023. Interested parties must be eighteen (18) years of age and a United States citizen who has resided in the State of Idaho and Zone 3 of the School District for at least thirty (30) days. They must also be a registered voter. The finalist will be appointed to complete the remainder of a four-year term through December 31, 2029. Zone 3 is generally located in the area of the School District south of the Clearwater River, west of Heritage and White Road, north of Lapwai Road and north of Birch Avenue in the City of Lapwai.
