202921 PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CLEARWATER RIVER PUMP STATION Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District (LOID) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from interested Construction Manager/General Contractors registered in the State of Idaho to perform preconstruction engineering and construction phase services for their Clearwater River Pump Station located one mile to the east of Lewiston, ID, including the approximate 7-mile transmission main to Mann Lake. Construction Manager/General Contractors responding to this notice must be properly licensed. All responding firms must submit a Proposal, including project team organization, key personnel qualifications and experience, relevant project experience, project approach, surety letter, insurance letter, and proof of required licenses no later than 5:00 p.m. November 26, 2025. All Proposals must be submitted electronically. Hard copies of the Proposals will not be accepted.
