This program is a federally funded affordable housing development assistance and supportive services program. Funds were made available under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) (2021) and through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). IHFA asks for the public's comment regarding the proposed HOME-ARP Allocation Plan.
