202553 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. by the Asotin County Shorelines Commission, in the Commissioners Chambers at the Courthouse Annex Building, in Asotin, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public testimony concerning a Shorelines Conditional Use Permit application made by the Asotin County Public Works Department. A description of the project is as follows: To perform safety improvements to the existing Snake River Road between the mile posts 19.00 & 19.71. The improvements will reconstruct and widen the roadway to 26 feet, improve the road alignment and stormwater drainage, apply a bituminous surface treatment, and install guardrails to improve safety. The project will begin within Section 32, T8N, R47E, and end in Section 5, T7N, R47E, W.M. in Asotin County, WA. Project plans and documents will be made available on request at the Asotin County Public Works Department in Asotin. Any and all interested persons may present testimony or inquiry concerning the proposed Shorelines Conditional Use Permit in person and/or writing at the above described hearing.
