202548 NOTICE OF ACTION NOTICE IS GIVEN under SEPA, RCW 43.21C.080, that the City of Pullman took the action described in (2) below on June 10, 2025. 1. Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such action on the grounds of non compliance with the provisions of Chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act) shall be commenced on or before 5 p.m. on October 17, 2025. 2. Description of agency action: The Pullman City Council adopted by resolution the Water System Plan Update. 3. Description of proposal: Update the City's 2014 Water System Plan, as required by WAC 246-290-100, to evaluate the existing water system, identify current and future needs, and develop a plan to meet those needs. 4. Location of proposal: City of Pullman, located in far eastern Washington, approximately 75 miles south of Spokane, WA and 10 miles west of Moscow, ID, lying at the intersection of highways SR 27 and 270, and US 195. 5. Type of environmental review under SEPA: Environmental Checklist submitted December 27, 2022; Determination of Nonsignificance issued January 19, 2023. 6.
