202549 NOTICE OF ACTION NOTICE IS GIVEN under SEPA, RCW 43.21C.080, that the City of Pullman took the action described in (2) below on May 6, 2025. 1. Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such action on the grounds of non compliance with the provisions of Chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act) shall be commenced on or before 5 p.m. on October 17,2025. 2. Description of agency action: The Pullman Public Works Department issued a Stormwater permit under receipt number PWST25-0012, thereby authorizing a stormwater project on the subject property. 3. Description of proposal: The project consists of the construction of approximately 6,000 linear feet of 16" diameter water main line along the north side of Terre View Drive and Airport Road, from 1,400 FT east of Northwood to the existing facilities at the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport. 4. Location of proposal: Begins 1,400 LF east of the intersection of Northwood and Terre View Drive, and continues east, through Washington State University's horse fields via an agreed-upon easement, and northeast along the north side of Airport Road, until it turns to go across to the south side of the street and connects to existing 16"" water main on the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport property.
