The project involves demolition, excavation, grading, structural fill, asphalt, concrete, CMU wall construction, construction of 3 metal shade structures, assembly of the pavilion structure, fencing, landscape, and installation of accessories identified in the construction documents. Pre-Bid walk-through to be held at 11:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at the project site 705 SE. Derby St., Pullman, Washington 99163.
