206346 CALL FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the City of Pullman at the Public Works Department, Attention: Cynthia Carey, 190 SE Crestview Street, Building A, Pullman, WA 99163, until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, for the following: Project: Mountain View-Garden City Improvements 2026 Contract No.: 23-03 Engineer's Estimate: $2,193,500 (including sales tax) This project consists of improving approximately 2,500 linear feet of residential roadway, including water/sanitary/storm mains, full road reconstruction, select sidewalk and ADA curb ramp reconstruction, and other related work. Improvements will occur on Mountain View Drive, Kimball Court, State Street, and Daisy Street, located in the southwest quadrant of Pullman, Washington situated between S. Grand Avenue and Fountain Street. Bidders may obtain plans and specifications from the City of Pullman plan room, www.cityofpullmanplanroom.com.
