206311 Public Hearing Notice of Fee Increases NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by the City of Culdesac Idaho, that the Culdesac City Council will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Culdesac city Hall, 100 Sixth Street, Culdesac Idaho, for consideration of new water and sewer installation rate increases going forward to begin on December 1, 2026. The city of Culdesac proposes to increase the new water and sewer installation by amounts that exceed 5% of its current rate. The rate increase for new water installation will increase from $2,500.00 to $5,000.00 and the rate increase for new sewer installation will increase from $1,000 to $9,000.00.
