206305 CITY OF LEWISTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PUBLIC STORMWATER EASEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Lewiston will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Event Space at the Lewiston City Library, 411 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following public stormwater easement vacation request: CASE NUMBER: VA-02-2026 PETITIONER: REECE HEWETT FOR ROGERS MOTORS The applicant filed a petition on July 27, 2026, requesting that the City vacate a portion of a Public Stormwater Easement located across property in a portion of Block 6 of the Rand Addition, commonly known as 2203 16th Avenue.
