206190 CITY OF LEWISTON, IDAHO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM 2025 CAPER Public Hearing Notice and Request for Comments The City of Lewiston has scheduled a public hearing to present the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year. All citizens are invited to attend and provide comments. The public hearing will provide citizens the opportunity to learn about the accomplishments achieved by the City of Lewiston during the 2025 CDBG program year on activities funded with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The public meeting will be held: Monday, October 26, 2025, 6:00 P.M. Lewiston City Library, 2nd Floor Conference Room 411 D Street, Lewiston, ID 83501 Seating will be available on a first-come, first served basis. All others who wish to observe this meeting may watch and listen to the livestream on their own device(s) by visiting the City of Lewiston's Facebook page or the City's website at www.cityoflewiston.org The draft copy of the 2025 CAPER will be made available for review at the Community Development Department at 215 D Street in Lewiston. Copies will also be available on the city website at www.cityoflewiston.org. The public review and comment period begins October 11, 2026, and concludes October 26, 2026, after the public hearing. All comments received will be incorporated into the final document and submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
