This consideration will be to determine approval or denial of the following: APPLICATION BY BRIAN & HIDIE TODD, WEST END HISTORIC DISTRICT CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS AT 717 D STREET: The applicant requests Certificate of Appropriateness approval for one (1) 48"x 60" aluminum wall sign on the east side of the building, and vinyl window graphics on four (4) windows and one (1) door on the south side of the building facing D Street. A Historic Preservation Commission Certificate of Appropriateness approval is required, per Lewiston City Code 19.5-11.
