Sealed bids for the following described construction project will be submitted to the Asotin County Board of Commissioners at: Commissioner's Chambers Asotin County Courthouse Annex 95 2nd Street, Asotin, WA 99402 2:00pm Pacific Time October 19, 2026 Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID SCHEDULE, and the total as defined in the specifications will be used for the purpose of comparison of bids for the Heights Elementary / Lincoln Middle School Sidewalk Improvements Phase 3. Financing of the Project has been approved by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). The improvements for which bids will be received are described below: This contract provides for the sidewalk improvements along Reservoir Road in Asotin County, Washington. Work will include demolition, grading, placement of base material, sidewalk installation, placement of new hot mix asphalt, signage additions, stormwater improvements, and ADA pedestrian ramps all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2026 WSDOT Standard Specifications.
