206029 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) Whitman County Planning, the lead agency under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under WAC 197-11 for the following project: Beginning Fall 2026, Roger & Stacie Lyman propose to replace their old wooden bridge with a culvert for their existing driveway that crosses Goose Creek from SR 194 in the NW 1/4 of Section 31, Township 15N., Range 43E., W.M., Whitman County, WA. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file, the lead agency determined that the proposal does not have probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Copies of the SEPA DNS are available at no charge from the Planning Division located on the second floor of the Public Service Building, 310 N. Main Street, Colfax, WA 99111. Interested persons may submit environmentally-focused written comments to the Planning Division which can be submitted in person, by email to Grace Di Biase at grace.dibiase@whit mancounty.gov, or mailed to: Whitman County Planning Division, P.O. Box 430, Colfax, WA 99111. This SEPA determination does not constitute approval of the proposal.
