205909 NOTICE OF CALL FOR QUALIFICATIONS & PROPOSALS SOLID WASTE TRANSPORTATION & DISPOSAL SERVICES WHITMAN COUNTY, WASHINGTON Sealed proposals will be received on the following proposal by the Office of the County Engineer of Whitman County, State of Washington, at its office in the Whitman County Public Service Building in Colfax, Washington, until 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time, on December 7, 2026, at which time they will be opened, then reviewed in accordance with the procurement schedule. Handicap access may be obtained by the Mill Street entrance to the Public Service Building. Each bid is to be separately sealed in an envelope addressed to the County Engineer with the name of the bidder and item bid, including time and date of opening written plainly on the outside of the envelope. (NO FAXES ACCEPTED.) The Office of the County Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid which in its estimation best serves the interests of Whitman County regardless of cost factors. A firm may be selected directly from the submittal of qualifications and proposal, or the County may choose to interview one or more firms prior to selection.
