205976 CITY OF PULLMAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Pullman will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of September 2026. The purpose of this hearing is to present and discuss the Transit Development Plan and the 2025 Annual Transit Report. Both reports are submitted annually to the Washington State Department of Transportation, as required of transit agencies receiving grant operating assistance. The hearing will be held in the City of Pullman Council Chambers located in Pullman City Hall, 190 SE Crestview Street, Pullman, Washington.
