This public hearing will be used to determine approval or denial of the following proposal: PUBLIC HEARING; ZONING CODE AMENDMENT, ZA-01-26, ELIMINATION OF PUD ZONE The Commission will consider a Zoning Code amendment to eliminate the Planned Unit Development Zoning District and add options for limited, small-scale commercial use in various residential zones.
