VA is proposing a 20-year build-to-suit lease at one of two parcels under consideration: 733 Regence Court, Lewiston, ID 83501 or 2820 Juniper Drive, Lewiston, ID 83501. The lease will include the construction and operation of an approximately 17,000 square-foot outpatient clinic facility and an associated parking lot containing 90 surface parking spaces. After the new outpatient clinic is built and ready for use, the existing VA Outpatient Clinic at 1630 23rd Avenue, Building 2, Lewiston, ID 83501 will be vacated.
