205804 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Isabel Valderrama of Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, which involves: Proposed construction of a parking lot with 214 stalls to service existing buildings in the area, as well as a 24,000 square foot switchyard pad for future construction of a 50' x 37'control house simulator; including a new stormwater treatment and detention pond to treat PGIS area generated by the parking lot and detain all stormwater for the development. The proposal is located at 1835 NE Schweitzer Drive, a portion of Parcel No. 815550000000040, within the northeast 1/4 Section 32, Township 15 North, Range 45 East W.M.
