The proposed tower site and 100' by 100' land lease is located in Section 25, Township 33 North, Range 01 West B.M., Idaho County, ID and has a general address of 2028 Cemetery Rd, Ferdinand, ID 83526. This Notice is in accordance with the National Preservation Act of 1966, as amended and the 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for review under the National Preservation Act; Final Rule. Weis Towers LLC is hereby notifying the public of the proposed undertaking and in particular soliciting comments on any Historic Properties within a 0.50 mile radius of the undertaking which are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
