The names will change to (1) Rakan Ahmed Mohammed Momen; (2) Kenda Ahmed Mohammed Momen. The reason for the change in name is: The Children names are not consistent between their Libyan passports and American passports. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on 9/17/2026 at the Latah County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show good reason against the name change.
