205567 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Moscow Proposed Fee Increase A PUBLIC HEARING, PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE 63-1311A, at which you may be present and speak, will be held before the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow, at which time the following proposition will be considered: Proposal to adopt new or increased fees including, but not limited to, arts programs, land use and development fees, construction permit fees and fees related to inspections; increases to sanitation rates, water permit and service rates; sewer permit and service rates; street closure and traffic control; and stormwater rates. Other miscellaneous fee changes are included in fiber optic service license fees, parks and recreation program fees, community event permit fees; Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center gym and room rentals; aquatic center admission, passes and lessons; and maps and document fees. Some fees being considered may be new or will increase by 5% or more. The fee increases are due to the additional costs associated with the delivery of services, including administration, operations, and maintenance. The fee changes are available at City Hall for review.
