205546 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AIRPORT PLANNING SERVICES The Lewiston Nez Perce County Airport Authority (LWS) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide on-call Airport Planning Services for a five-year professional services agreement. Services may include airport master planning, aviation forecasting, environmental planning, GIS, capital improvement planning, air service development, terminal and parking studies, and related FAA-funded planning projects. Selection will be made in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and applicable federal requirements.
