205535 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SENIOR CENTER The Friendly Senior Citizens of Troy, a nonprofit organization, in partnership with the City of Troy, is requesting proposals for professional services for planning, design, and construction management for a new senior center to be located at 321 S Main, Troy, ID. The Seniors and the City anticipate applying for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant to partially fund the project.
