205236 Notice of Public Hearing The Troy City Council will conduct a public hearing at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Troy City Hall, located at 519 S Main Street, Troy, Idaho, concerning the following: Ordinance No. 2026-04 - An ordinance of the City of Troy, Latah County, State of Idaho, amending Title XV of the Troy City Code; providing updated land use regulations; adopting legislative findings; and providing for an effective date. The general intent of the ordinance is to amend the definitions, development standards, and procedures, including appeals, violations, and penalties, for consistency with statutory requirements and to provide consistent administrative procedure for land use applications. The proposed amendments ensure that land-use regulations remain consistent, predictable, and aligned with the City's vision for future development. Any person or persons wishing to testify at the hearing shall appear in person on the date and time mentioned above. Written comments may be submitted in advance to City Hall or mailed to PO Box 595, Troy, Idaho, 83871.
