205187 CITY OF PALOUSE ORDINANCE NO. 1043 SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION On March 24, 2026, the Palouse City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1043, vacating portions of East 12th Street, East 13th Street, East 14th Street, and Block 14, Lot 4 in Breeding's Addition to the City of Palouse. The ordinance reserves a perpetual utility easement for existing and future public utilities, requires payment of the established vacation compensation, applicable excise tax, processing fees, and recording costs by the petitioners, and provides for recording of the ordinance with the Whitman County Auditor. The ordinance becomes effective upon publication as required by law and recording with the Whitman County Auditor.
