205202 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Juliaetta City Council will hold a public hearing at 7pm on July 14, 2026, at 203 Main St., Juliaetta, Idaho 83535 for the purpose of hearing public comments regarding a proposed change to utility bill delivery. The proposed change would make email the default method for receiving monthly utility bills. Customers who wish to continue receiving a postcard bill by mail would have the option to do so for a monthly fee. The purpose of this proposal is to reduce mailing costs, improve efficiency, and provide a faster method of bill delivery. Accommodation for individuals who qualify under the ADA is available upon request. Notice is required 3 working days prior to the hearing to acquire accommodation.
