LEWISTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Lewiston will hold a public hearing on Monday July 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Event Space at the Lewiston City Library, 411 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to receive testimony and comments regarding ZA-03-26, MULTIDWELLING MANUFACTURED HOMES: The City Council will consider amendments to Lewiston City Code Chapter 37, Zoning Code, Section 3 to amend the definitions of "dwelling, multifamily," "dwelling, two-family" and "class A manufactured home" to include and allow multidwelling unit manufactured homes to comply with 2026 Idaho Legislative Session House Bill 800. The Lewiston Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on this matter on June 10, 2026 and recommended that it be approved by City Council.
Submission of Written Comments: To ensure that written comments can be forwarded to the City Council and relevant staff prior to the hearing, please submit comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday July 12, 2026. Written comments can be submitted by:
