You have been sued by E & L Stout Farms, Inc., a Washington corporation registered in the State of Idaho as a foreign corporation, Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Latah County, Idaho, Case No. CV29-26-0450.
The nature of the claim against you is an action to quiet title to real property situated in Latah County, Idaho. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants claim, or are asserted to claim, an interest adverse to Plaintiff in the subject real property, and Plaintiff seeks a judgment that Defendants have no estate, right, title, lien, or interest in the property and that title be quieted in Plaintiff. The property is more particularly described as follows:
Lots 3 and 4, Section 6, Township 37 North, Range 5, W.B.M.
ALSO a tract of land in the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 38 North, Range 5 W.B.M. and described as follows: Commencing 25 rods North of the Southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 31, thence Easterly to the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 31; thence West on the Township line to the Southwest corner of said Section 31; thence North 25 rods to the Place of Beginning.
ALSO The South Half of the Southeast Quarter and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, and the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, all in Township 38 North, Range 6, W.B.M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 38 North, Range 6 W.B.M., and described as follows: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 25, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence along the East line of said Section 25, N. 00°12'30" W. 348.60 feet; thence N. 85°48'00" W. 226.90 feet; thence N. 12°00'00" W.234.05 feet; thence S. 78°26'00" W. 199.76 feet; thence S. 62°33'30" W. 368.56 feet to the centerline of existing county road; thence along said centerline the following courses: S.71°40'45" E. 42.63 feet; S. 58°32'15" E. 46.40 feet; S. 50°09'45" E. 82.46 feet; S. 44°29'15" E. 185.85 feet; S. 41°02'45" E. 154.47 feet; S. 54°33'00" E. 77.13 feet to the intersection with the South line of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence leaving said centerline, East along said South line 361.16 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 25 feet of the above described parcel for county road purposes.
TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR, the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Any time after twenty-one (21) days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the District Court at 522 S Adams St., Ste 119, Moscow, ID 83843, telephone number (208) 883-2255 and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney, James M. Onstad at P.O. Box 604, Pullman, WA 99163, telephone number (509) 332-3502.
