205052 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Kevin McDonnell which involves: Complete a subsurface investigation including six soil borings and six new monitoring wells to define the extent of petroleum contamination. Samples will be analyzed for petroleum hydrocarbons, BTEX, and select additional constituents. After installation, quarterly groundwater monitoring will be conducted at 10 wells, with results reported in accordance with the requirements of the Washington State Department of Ecology. The proposal is located at 355 NW State Street, Block 58, Original Town of Pullman, within the northeast 1/4 Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 45 East W.M.
