The Lewiston Orchards Sewer District No. 1 (District) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 8th Street CIPP Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the J-U-B Engineers' Moscow Office located at 201 South Jackson Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843, until Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project includes the following Work: The Project generally consists of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation including sewer bypass pumping, cleaning, CCTV inspection, cutting off protruding taps, reinstating laterals, testing, traffic control and other miscellaneous and related items of work. The schedule consists of approximately 3,800 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe.
