NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16th at 6:00 p.m. in the Nez Perce County Courthouse, 1st Floor Conference Room, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following:
CUP2026-1 Two Rivers Automotive (Orchard Ave) - A request for a conditional use permit for an auto service business at 2315 Orchard Ave, Tax Parcel RP001230010001. Tim Martin, Applicant.
The action above is part of a quasi-judicial process. As such, with the exception of the public hearing at which this matter will be heard, discussing an application with any member of the Nez Perce County Planning and Zoning Commission may create a conflict of interest for the member, rendering him/her ineligible to vote on the issue. Any person or persons wishing to testify at the hearings shall appear at the date and time mentioned above, in person or in the virtual format provided below.
