Main St. Permit Application LUP2026-0015 A public meeting at which you may be present will be conducted before the City Council of the City of Moscow at which time the following proposal will be considered: The Appeal of Conditional Use Permit that was denied on April 27, 2026 by the Board of Adjustment to allow for the utilization of an existing building located at 513 South Main Street as a music, dance, and exercise class venue within the Central Business (CB) Zoning District, per Moscow City Code 4-3-4. The Council shall not act on an appeal which differs materially from that which was considered by the Board of Adjustment. When considering the merits of an appeal, no additional public testimony or information shall be taken or considered by the Council.
