204828 LEGAL NOTICE OF DRAFT FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT WITHDRAWAL Date: May 28, 2026 To: All Interested Government Agencies, Public Groups, and Individuals Subject: Withdrawal Notice- Draft finding of no significant impact for City of Troy Wastewater Project The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality hereby withdraws the draft Finding of No Significant Impact issued on February 25, 2026, for the City of Troy's Wastewater Project WW2403. Notice of the draft FONSI was published on March 12, 2026, in the Lewiston Tribune, and comments were received during the public comment period. DEQ will withdraw the draft FONSI. This withdrawal is not a final environmental determination and does not approve or deny the project. Comments received to date will remain part of the environmental review record. If DEQ issues a revised draft FONSI or other environmental determination, DEQ will provide notice consistent with the State Environmental Review Process.
