This public hearing will be used to determine approval or denial of the following proposal: PUBLIC HEARING: ZONING CODE AMENDMENT, ZA-03-26: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider Zoning Code amendments to amend the definitions of "dwelling, multifamily," "dwelling, two-family" and "class A manufactured home" to include and allow multidwelling unit manufactured homes to comply with 2026 Idaho Legislative Session House Bill 800. The Commission will make a recommendation to City Council to approve or deny this matter.
