204782 NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: To occur through 2027, Palouse Conservation District proposes a bioengineering project to restore the streambank along Paradise Creek in Sections 1 and 4, Township 14N., Range 45E., W.M., Whitman County, WA. Copies of the SEPA DNS are available at no charge from the Planning Division located on the second floor of the Public Service Building, 310 N. Main Street, Colfax, WA 99111.
