NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DE-ANNEXATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Potlatch Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Potlatch City Hall, 195 6th Street, Potlatch, ID, 83855 on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. on the de-annexation for approximately 17.14 acres. City Council will hold a meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 7:00pm to consider and finalize the decision brought forth by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
GENERAL LOCATION: The property is located adjacent to the east city limits of Potlatch on the south side of State Highway 6 as shown on this map:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A parcel of land located in the south half of Section 6, Township 41 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Latah County, Idaho.
Parcel of land contains 17.14 acres, more or less.
All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing. Written testimony may be sent (or e-mailed: cityhall@cityofpotlatch.org) to the City of Potlatch, P.O. Box 525, Potlatch, ID 83855, but must be received by 5:00pm on Friday, June 12, 2026. Written testimony received after this date will not be entered into the record or read at the public hearing. Anyone with disabilities must contact the City Clerk on or before June 12 for special accommodations. A complete file on this matter may be reviewed by the public at City Hall.
