City Council will hold a meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 7:00pm to consider and finalize the decision brought forth by the Planning & Zoning Commission. GENERAL LOCATION: The property is located adjacent to the east city limits of Potlatch on the south side of State Highway 6 as shown on this map: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A parcel of land located in the south half of Section 6, Township 41 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Latah County, Idaho. Parcel of land contains 17.14 acres, more or less. All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing.
