REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Your firm is invited to submit a Request for Proposal for providing Food Products, CN LABEL APPROVED, Bread, Produce, Milk and Miscellaneous Non-food Supplies, for the 2026-2027 School Year, for the Region 2 Purchasing Co-Op (R2PC).
All R2PC Bid Documents are available at www.jsd171.org under the Department tab- Nutrition Services, Vendor bid information. Contact Carmen Griffith, Region 2 Purchasing Co-Op Coordinator, at 208-476-0500 if you need further assistance.
RFP will be received for consideration by the Region 2 Purchasing Co-op by:
1. Returning an electronic copy and hard copy (optional) of the bid, along with Nutrition labels/Manufacturer statements, (if applicable), by Flash Drive via USPS, FedEx, UPS to Joint School District 171's District Office, 1145 Riverside Ave, Orofino, Idaho, 83544 or Via email to

2. Bids are due by 10 AM, May 22, 2026, to Joint School District 171's District Office, 1145 Riverside Ave, Orofino, Idaho, 83544, 208-476-5593.
3. Nutrition Labels are due at time of bid.
