204470 CITY OF LEWISTON SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 4958 ORDINANCE NO. 4958: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LEWISTON AMENDING LEWISTON CITY CODE SECTION 21-2 RELATED TO THE DEFINITIONS OF VENDORS; LEWISTON CITY CODE SECTIONS 21-66 AND 21-69 RELATED TO THE REGULATION OF TEMPORARY VENDORS; LEWISTON CITY CODE SECTION 21-73 AND CHAPTER 21, ARTICLE XI RELATED TO THE REGULATION OF MOBILE VENDORS; AND AMENDING LEWISTON CITY CODE SECTION 31-74 RELATING TO TEMPORARY USES OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY BY MOBILE VENDORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Section 1 amends the definitions related to vendors in Lewiston City Code 21-2. Section 2 amends Lewiston City Code 21-66 to make the article applicable to all mobile vendors. Section 3 amends Lewiston City Code 21-69 to provide that a temporary vendor shall not be connected a public water or sewer service. Section 4 amends Lewiston City Code 21-73 to be appliable to vendors selling or serving food. Section 5 makes various amendments to Lewiston City Code Chapter 21, Article XI related to mobile vendors. Section 6 amends Lewiston City Code 31-74 related to temporary right-of-way uses by mobile vendors. Section 7 provides for an effective date.
