NOTICE OF TAX DEEDED PROPERTY SALE
Pursuant to Idaho Code 31-808, the following described real properties, located in Latah County, Idaho, will be sold by the Board of Latah County Commissioners at an in-person public auction at the Latah County Courthouse, 522 S. Adams Street, Room 2B, Moscow ID 83843, on May 5, 2026, at 1:30PM Pacific Daylight Time. Bidders must be registered with the Latah County Treasurer, including a $300 refundable bid deposit prior to April 30, 2026, at 4:00PM PDT, before being eligible to bid at the sale. The minimum bids for these properties include the amount of $15.00, which sum shall be a fee for recording the Quit Claim Deed conveying the real estate to the purchaser. The properties will be sold to the highest bidder on an as-is basis; there are no warranties, expressed or implied. The Board of Latah County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and shall have the discretionary authority to reject or accept any bid.
