204285 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CANCELLATION The previously scheduled Public Hearing of the City of Genesee Planning and Zoning Commission set for April 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Genesee City Hall, 140 E. Walnut Street, Genesee, Idaho, has been CANCELED. The hearing was to consider a Variance Request from Verizon to construct a communication tower on parcel no. RPG00000118902 located at the north end of N. Laurel Street in Genesee, which would exceed the maximum height allowed under current zoning requirements. This matter will be rescheduled for a future date to be determined. Notice of the rescheduled Public Hearing will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
