204020 CITY OF TROY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ANNEXATION The Troy City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Troy City Hall, 519 S. Main Street, Troy, Idaho, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a request for voluntary annexation into the City of Troy. The City has received an application for voluntary annexation from property owners Melinda Caluori and Felicity Gorham for a parcel of land located adjacent to the current city limits of Troy. The parcel is identified by the following parcel number: Parcel No. RP39N04W127660A (currently under County urisdiction) The applicants are requesting that the parcel be annexed into the City of Troy. The total area proposed for annexation is approximately 1.94 acres. The hearing will be held under the authority of Idaho Code. Interested parties are encouraged to attend.
