Section 3 repeals and reserves Lewiston City Code 37-147. Section 4 amends Lewiston City Code 37-149 relating to minimum parking requirements based on land use. Section 5 amends Lewiston City Code 37-151 relating to certain design requirements for parking lots. Section 6 amends Lewiston City Code 37-153 relating to the landscaping provisions for parking lots. Section 7 provides for an effective date.
