204035 NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16th at 10:00 AM in the Nez Perce County Courthouse Confluence Conference Room, 1st Floor, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following: TA2025-2 Household Pets Definition and Animal regulations in the Lewiston Area of Impact. A request to add pot-bellied pigs to the definition of household pets in Section 101.01.030 Definitions; and amend Title 112 Lewiston City Impact Area to provide for pot-bellied pigs and allow one male chicken (i.e., rooster) per household in the F-1 zone & F-2 zone.
