SUMMARY OF LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO ORDINANCES:
Ordinance No. 419, Bull Rezone, Amending the Latah County Land Use Regulations Ordinance No. 395 and accompanying maps are hereby amended by changing the zone classification for a parcel described below from Agriculture Forest to Rural Residential in compliance with the plans and specifications as presented to the Latah County Board of County Commissioners. The subject parcel is described as follows:
A parcel of land in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, T39N, R5W BM and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Sec. 10, thence S00°27'06"W, 1311.35 feet to the North 1/16 corner common to Sec. 9 & 10 and the True Point of Beginning;
Thence N77°02'36"E, 1359.69 feet;
Thence N00°31'33"E, 187.00 feet;
Thence EAST, 593.94 feet;
Thence N82°52'30"E, 416.53 feet;
Thence EAST, 316.29 feet to the N-S centerline of said Sec. 10;
Thence S00°35'56"W, 1940.14 feet to the center of said Sec. 10;
Thence N88°09'06"W, 2641.78 feet to the West quarter corner of said Sec. 10;
Thence N00°27'06"E, 1311.35 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
