203972 The Board of Commissioners for the North Latah County Highway District is accepting sealed bids for a per-ton price, freight included, for magnesium chloride solution. The Highway District may be purchasing up to 2500 tons of product, and South Latah Highway District may piggyback up to another 550 tons of product. Loads must be invoiced to the district within a month of delivery. Bids should be delivered to the North Latah County Highway District Office at 1132 White Avenue, Moscow, ID, 83843 by 1:30 PM on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, where they will be opened and reviewed. Please send sealed bids with a price per ton, freight included, to be delivered to the vicinity of the three shop areas (Deary, Moscow, and Potlatch). North Latah County Highway District commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to award to the bidder as determined to be in the best interest of North Latah County Highway District. All bidders agree that rejection shall create no liability on the part of North Latah County Highway District because of such rejection and the filing of any bid in response to this investigation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions.
