203339 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. by the Asotin County Planning Commission, in the County Commissioners Chambers at the Courthouse Annex Building, in Asotin, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public testimony concerning a Variance Permit Application made by David Sperry. The project involves a portion of property located within the unincorporated area of Asotin County, Washington. A description of the proposed project and property are as follows: The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct operate an Air B&B within his existing residence located at 3435 Chukar Lane, Clarkston, WA. Asotin County Zoning Code requires a Conditional Use Permit for an Air B&B in the Low/Medium Density Residential Zone.
