Approved Chair's signature on the Idaho Community Development Block Grant Program, request for funds for the Princeton-Hampton Sewer District. Approved appointment of Dan Schoenberg to the Latah County Zoning Commission, Position E, with a term expiring 12/31/2031. Approved appointment Phil Rheingans to the Latah County Planning Commission, Position C, with a term expiring 12/31/2027. Approved Resolution 2025-16 for Solid Waste Fees and Programs, noted in Exhibits A, B, and C. Approved 8 hours of vacation time for employee presented with Years of Service Recognition at the Holiday Party 2025. Approved a Passthrough Funds Recipient Agreement for Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections, updating the distribution fund lines by removing the Lottery Funds and future agreements shall include a clear outline of funding sources, intended use, and restrictions.
