NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Brandon Alley, PE, Galloway & Co., LLC which involves:
An expansion of 2,139 SF is proposed on the north side of the Existing Walmart Supercenter located at 1690 SE Harvest Drive in Pullman, WA. The site is a Commercial Use and the proposed improvements do not alter the use. The purpose of the building expansion is to provide a larger space for the online grocery pickup operations. The expansion will hold groceries and other soft goods for associates to pick from and deliver to customers parked in the adjacent designated parking area.
The proposal is located at 1690 SE Harvest Drive within NW Quarter of Section 8, Township 14 North, Range 45 East W.M.
Those who wish to comment to the city regarding the issuance of the DNS must address their remarks to the Responsible Official, RJ Lott, AICP Director of Community Development, by 5:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025.
