This public hearing will be to consider the following proposal: ZA-05-25, PARKING LOTS (ACTION ITEM): The Commission will consider amendments to Lewiston City Code Chapter 37, Zoning Code, Sections 3, 146, 147, 151 and 153. These amendments can be described as improving clarity, resolving inconsistencies, redundancies, and conflicts, and eliminating provisions that are unnecessary and overly burdensome.
